Brief CV

Anna Soci studied in Bologna and Princeton. She is currently a full Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna, a Fellow of Clare Hall in Cambridge and an Associate of the Land Economy Department, Cambridge University. Responsible of several research projects, she is currently coordinating the project TERA financed by the EU in the 6FP.

Research Interests

Current research topics: New Economic Geography; Industrial Location; Foreign Direct Investment. Past Research: the Balance of Payments; Competitiveness; National Accounting; Theory of Production.
